Cancelling or changing your order
Please ensure that the product you have chosen meets your needs, as the process of modifying or canceling an order is manual and requires additional time and effort.šĀ
Please note that if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, even if tracking has not yet updated.
Unfortunately, we may need to charge a fee on some cancellations due to bank processing costs, service time, and restocking costs already incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
- If a cancellation can still be processed after work on the order has already begun, the refund may be reduced to cover non-refundable processing, banking, and restocking costs already incurred.
Received defective or damaged item
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us withinĀ 7 days of receiving the item so that we can investigate your case as quickly as possible.
We will need:
- Order number
- ItemĀ name
- Photos of the item in full size, along with the box in which it was delivered, so that the address is visible.
If you ordered a gift for someone, please check it as soon as possible after delivery!
ReturningĀ the unwanted item
- If youĀ receivedĀ the unwanted item, you can return it to us withinĀ 30 days of receiving it.
- The item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- ReturnĀ transit of unwanted items is at your expense. Please use only verified companies with tracking, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.
Once we receive the item in the condition in which it was sent to you, we will refund the amount of the item minus any non-refundable processing, banking, and restocking costs already incurred.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection.
You receivedĀ theĀ wrong item
In case you receivedĀ the wrong item, contact usĀ within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will need:
- Order number
- ItemĀ name
- Photos of theĀ wrongĀ itemĀ in full size
Your parcel was lost
If the parcel status says "delivered," but you have not received it, please wait 5 business days after the last update to open a case. If the parcel is confirmed to be lost by the transport company, we may resend the goods or offer another appropriate solution. To exclude cases of fraud, cash refunds may not be available in such cases.
Your parcel was not delivered
Due to consequences affecting international logistics, delivery routes and transit times may occasionally be disrupted. Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery process once the package has been handed over to the transport company. If the item has not been delivered to you within 30 days, contact us, and we will try to solve the delivery problem as soon as possible!
