Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders; please monitor your shipment's progress to avoid missing the delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually become active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Most US orders arrive without additional import charges. However, customs authorities or shipping carriers may occasionally apply duties, taxes, tariffs, or handling fees that are outside our control.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is delayed, held by customs, or a charge appears to have been applied in error, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Separately shipped items

If you have ordered multiple items from us, we will try to pack them in one package. However, this is not always possible due to shipping logistics, customs requirements, or shipping costs. In that case, you may receive several tracking numbers from us.

Incorrect shipping information by USPS (US customers)

In some cases, USPS may mark a package as delivered before it is actually delivered, so your tracking may show "DELIVERED" even though the item has not yet been received. Please do not worry β€” in most cases, the package arrives within the next few days.

However, if you still have not received your package 5 business days after the delivery mark, please contact your nearest USPS office, fill out the claim form, and then contact us by email.

Lost, damaged, unwanted or wrong item

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and monitor tracking updates. While we do our best to ensure your package reaches you, we are not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping details, missed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel.
